My wife, a wise woman and healer, brought me out of the sometimes pain and sometimes annoyance of the cyst. After the first night, it seemed better, but after the second night it shrunk by half! From that on it has gotten better and better in smaller incriments. I thought I was headed for the knife. Do not say, "yeah, clay!" This is a great, inexpensive and effective thing. And it's clay. No sider effects here.
